An application fee of $59.66 is required for each occupant 18 years of age and older. There is a $500 holding deposit.

We use a third-party service called Snappt to verify the authenticity of all qualification documents you supply with your application. The documents you provide to meet our qualification criteria must be in digital original format.

Pet Policy

Olympic by Windsor is a pet-friendly community that accepts up to 2 pets per apartment, 100lbs or less. There is a $500 pet deposit and a $75/month pet rent per pet. Windsor Communities does not accept Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Mastiffs, Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rottweilers, Shar Peis, Siberian Huskies, Staffordshire Terriers, Wolf Hybrids or any variation or mixes of these breeds.
