Living at Olympic by Windsor has been a great experience in the Downtown Los Angeles area. Management is very responsive ... and always on top of it. The apartments themselves are nice and we chose this unit specifically based on the balcony, in unit w/d and central air. We love our view. This is my first really nice place I've ever had and I'm glad I chose here. The leasing staff are all very nice and the maintenance, ... especially Cesar, has been prompt and thorough. The building, units, and community spaces are all very nice and clean (aside from the occasional dog pee in the elevator). Many residents have pets, it seems more so than not. You can still hear bumps from neighbors and muffled voices if they are speaking loudly, but it's still pretty quiet. Moving in a was a breeze because the staff let me use the back alleyway gate and load stuff using one of those hotel carts which can carry quite a lot. I was also able to use the maintenance elevator to smooth things along. They even prepared a little gift basket for me on move-in with a bottle of wine, popcorn, and an exercise band.
